• Shipment details: item descriptions, quantities, declared values, dimensions and weights, customs declaration items

• Pickup instructions, notes, and any other information you enter

• Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site (via Google Analytics)

What we do not collect

We do not collect bank account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers through this website. Payments are processed by credit card, ACH bank transfer, or Zelle outside of this website, and we do not store full payment card details on our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails. We will only contact you about your quote, your shipment, or your inquiry.

4. Who We Share Information With

International shipping requires us to share necessary information with the following parties:

Carriers. UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Maersk, MSC, and other carriers that physically transport your shipment receive the shipper/consignee names, addresses, phone numbers, and shipment details needed to complete delivery.

Customs and government authorities. Customs authorities in the origin and destination countries require shipper, consignee, and shipment information. This disclosure is required by law and cannot be opted out of.

Service providers (only as necessary to operate our website and business):

• SiteGround — website hosting (servers located in the United States)
• Cloudflare — content delivery network and security
• Google Analytics — website traffic statistics
• CookieYes — cookie consent management
• Trustpilot — display of customer reviews

Legal requests. We may disclose information when required by a court, law enforcement, or regulatory authority acting lawfully.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• Quote requests: retained for 3 months from submission
• Completed shipment records: retained for 7 years (U.S. customs regulations require export documentation to be kept for at least 5 years; we retain records for 7 years for tax purposes)
• Inquiries that do not result in a shipment: retained for 3 months, then deleted

Data past its retention period is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. We rely on security measures provided by our hosting provider and Cloudflare, including firewalls, access controls, and malicious traffic filtering. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our website or use our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. In addition, completing an international shipment inherently requires transferring shipper/consignee information to carriers and customs authorities in the destination country.

For EU/UK users: such transfers are made on the basis that they are necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR) — namely, the shipping service you requested.

9. Your Rights

All users may contact us to: find out what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion (except where retention is required by law, such as customs records).

EU/UK users (GDPR) additionally have the right to data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent (without affecting prior lawful processing), and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Oregon residents (OCPA) have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising (we do not engage in targeted advertising).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” (as defined by the CCPA) personal information.
